If you are buying these shoes you should order one whole size larger. I ordered these shoes a size 12 for my 5 year old (every other shoe she fits in is a 12) when we got them her toes touched the very tip. We had to return them to the company and Amazon made us pay for shipping because the fact that they were too small was not "their" fault. So I spent 10.50 to ship it back. A month later I am still waiting for them to refund me my money.The shoes were very cute. When we received them, they were WAY too small, she couldn't get her foot into them. These shoes DO NOT run true to size so be careful when you order. I'm stuck with them now, if I send them back, I will have lost $7 on shipping for a $20 sneaker. Not worth it. Also, Amazon will not exchange for the right size, which is what I want. They are well made shoes, and I really like the bungee cord closure because she can put them on herself. However, this shoe runs a full size too small. I had to return the first pair we bought and replace with a larger size. I would have rated this 5 stars if it wasn't for the size issue. |
