- Stratigically placed pads on the Biceps, Sternum, Kidney areas and back allow for better protection for those areas more exposed to soft tissue injury. The pads are restricted to 5mm thickness to meet IRB requirements. The Chieftain is a full length body athletic fit protective vest.

I am a back and whenever I hit the ground hard, the shoulder pads help out significantly. Of course it's still going to hurt, but this makes you feel like you can hit hard and also get back up after being hit hard. Only problem is that under the armpits is a little tight, but after the 3rd or 4th time you wear it, you get acclimated to it and completely forget about it. The shirt also comes with a cool green mesh bag so you can hold it easier. There is a spot where you can write your name on the bag, so there is no mixup if someone has the same thing. |
